£1,100 – £1,500 net per month
£1,800 – £2,500 net per month
£2,500 – £3,500+ net per month
(Estimated ranges based on Manchester City Centre performance.)

Property Setup & Staging Fee: £1,500
(Covers design, staging, setup, photography, and onboarding.
Management Fee: 25% of gross monthly revenue
(Includes marketing, cleaning coordination, guest management, pricing optimisation and reporting.)
Commitment Fee: £500
(Credited towards rent/deposit when we secure the property.)
